Corporate hotel accommodation and meeting facilities
ExpoHotels supports companies with hotel accommodation and (if desired) meeting facilities around trade fairs, meetings and congresses. We handle the entire process: inventory of your requirements, selection of suitable hotels/venues, quote comparison, confirmation of terms and practical handling up to and including arrival.
You receive an overview that is correct not only in terms of price, but especially in terms of content and conditions. During the process we remain available for changes, name lists and additional requests. If desired, we bundle costs on one invoice or split them by department/cost center.
For events where multiple participants need to book, we can work with a custom booking platform, set up per event. This gives you overview and prevents loose bookings outside the agreements.
Registration & participant management (optional)*
With our registration module, registrations and participant management (if desired combined with hotel bookings) can be set up centrally.
*Implementation and management costs may apply for complex setups or integrations. You will receive a clear specification in advance.
